Call for Donations - 2018: How the new Campaigns section works.

Hi Everyone,

I know it's a bit early this year, but since I just upgraded the board and the server to new versions, I figure now is a good time to start the Yearly Campaign for donations to keep this place up.

In addition: I know the english is a bit wonky in some of those sections. I'm looking to fix that. Donations do seem to work, though, so again, thank you for the support!
