Hillary should not run again. She should have won this time, but just didn't work out. Time for new blood, and people who can crush the GOP.

Dems absolutely need new blood and preferably not from the coasts. No more Pelosi either as she should have been replaced by the younger guy from the rust belt. They need someone capable of relating to the disaffected groups that got swayed by the buffoon currently disgracing the country as well as mobilizing the young voters who stayed at home this election.

And as far as Cillizza being an Idiot - Duh! A truer fact has never been uttered. An utter disgrace to journalism.

My general position on CC is that he's not good on the podcast. My more specific position is that, to my knowledge, he has NEVER acknowledged that, maybe, in his 2016 election coverage for the WP, he should have spent less time on HRC's e-mails and counting the days since her last press conference, and a little MORE time noticing that Donald Trump is insane.

He's not a journalist --he's basically a media critic whose beat is politics.

I'd like to think his leaving the Post would somehow make Tony less inclined to keep him on the podcast, but if CC remains tight with Michael we know that ain't happening,

that's a pretty unique deal

There are no degrees of uniqueness. Something is either unique or it is not.
It's not like this idiot writes for a living or anything.
Came to post this; you're ahead of me. I smile at the thought that his absurd and inward-gazing rambling, everything 50/50, "time will tell," will no longer appear in my daily newspaper. I am THRILLED.

This is what I'm worried about. He will still be in DC. I beg CNN to have him on a daily show so he doesn't go on the podcast anymore except guest stints where I would skip that segment.

Maybe CNN will require him to actually go to the office on a regular basis.
