I was a little confused about Mando's ownership of it after the visit to mando-land...glad to see I wasn't too far off base.
Din wasn't very adept with it anyway.

Yah, just watched it, and it’s getting intense. Great to see Esposito again. He chews the scenery just enough. The line about the best thing about the armor being him in it was almost Trumpian.

I’m getting lost in all the story lines, e.g., who the hell is Thrawn and why should we care? Another Hux? And if they need clones, why don’t they go to Kamino? The Kaminoans are supposed to be the best, etc., etc.

Oh well. I am one with the Force and the Force is with me. At least until next week.

Edited to add: what the hell is Grogu doing in that mechanical contraption? Can’t be a very smooth ride—or did the writers forget that Grogu has been known to toss his cookies when the ride gets crazy?

Thrawn leads the remnants of the Empire against the New Republic. An article I read about the recent SW Celebrations event mentioned that he will be featured in the new series 'Ahsoka'.

Ah yes, the tie-ins. And the canon. Well, the title of the series is "_The_ Mandalorian". Singular. What with Bo, the darksaber, and all the factions, Ep. 8 has got some work to do to validate that title. And never mind that they hooked us with Baby Yoda, who's been reduced to a sideshow.

I'm grumpy today. Too many primary sources for my other work that are too far away. I don't want to fly to Charleston but I might have to in order to spend a day or two in the archives at the Register of Deeds Office. Love those old deeds.

I have spoken.
