Tony opens the show by talking about the cause of his recent sleepless nights, and also about a big box of gifts sent in by a listener. Chuck Culpepper of the Washington Post calls in to talk college basketball, CNN's Chris Cillizza phones in to talk about the impeachment and how things play out moving forward, and Tony closes out the show by opening up the Mailbag.

Songs : Matthew Shell "Soar" ; Matt Citron "New Bloom"

Speaking of Don Draper, I am finally watching Mad Men, and while it’s good, I just don’t think it’s on the list of GOAT TV shows like Sopranos, Breaking Bad and others. Am I wrong?

The Once-Great State hasn’t had a Democratic statewide officeholder since 1998. The Senate has been gooper since 1994, the House since 2003 and the ridiculously named Railroad Commission since 1994.

We got what we voted for.

Listened while driving around town. No great surprise that TK's opinion about Jan 6th is why do they need to continue to karp about it. What a effing imbecile. He's totally gone round the bend. I doubt if he watched even 2 minutes of it. Gawd he pisses me off.

Once again, someone who cares about him needs to remind him that the folks who did this and their ilk do not care for people who have names like Kornheiser.

Hence the T-shirts some of those creeps were wearing. But I doubt if TK watched even a minute of the event or any of the coverage. Unconscionable.

What season are you currently watching? It’s never not good, but it clicks into place by the end of season 3 (for me, the best episode of the series), and from there it’s a first ballot hall of famer.

That was one hell of a bad open. They didn't even mention the reason behind Draymond Green's rant, which was because the Cavs and Andre Drummond MUTUALLY agreed that he be shut down until they can trade him. Which made Green's rant bizarre, particularly since it's not his team.

And to top it off, for deeper political 'insight' on the topic (a/k/a reinforcing his self-esteem via sycophancy) he turns to IFFC. :icon_shakehead:

I've been listening to some version of the radio/podcast for over 25 years, and it really is becoming a "familiarity breeds contempt" situation.
