Fun Fact:  The Eisenhower Interstate System has one mile of straight road per 5 miles.  This was done if it was necessary to go to war and we needed to convert the road into a makeshift runway for planes, fighter pilots, etc.

It's gonna be tough to land planes when most of that one mile is under construction during the summer...
