C'mon now, has none of you read the Constitution?  Congress declares war, not the President.  Of course, your ignorance on this fact is a distant second to that of Congress, which has de facto ceded that power to the President, and we can see how well that has worekd out.

We (family of 4) have been to 2 Caps games this month tickets were $95 each. (vs Colorado Avs and Florida panthers) I'm not eating lunches for the next 3 months to offset the costs. Had great time but still not as good as seeing a game in HockeyTown and my beloved Red Wings.

The same thing that killed hockey, killed open-wheel racing in the U.S.  Too much money and too many foreigners.  It's hard to have a favorite when you can't pronounce their names.
